Trisha Krishnan was born on May 4, 1983 in Palakkad, Kerala, India. His parents are Krishnan and Uma, who are Tamil Iyer. He completed Sacred Heart Church Park School and then joined Ethiraj College in Chennai.

Trisha began modeling. She participated and won many competitions such as Miss Salem 1999, Miss Chennai 1999 and was also voted Miss Beautiful Smile in the Miss India contest in 2001.

It was also seen in commercials by Josco Jewelers, Fair & Lovely and in a popular Falguni Pathak music video called Meri Chunnar Ud Ud Jaye. Other names with which Trisha is associated are Fanta, Scooty Pep and Cadbury’s Perk.
